Bay Side or Beach Side"
Ricky's Motel has rooms on both sides of Highway 1, The "Bayside" is where all but
seven (7) units are located. The Beachside of Highway 1 has seven (7) units, six
(6) two bedroom units and a single one (1) bedroom unit. All of the beach units
are joined, there are no free standing beach units.

 Yep folk's, as sure as the world we now have
Wi-Fi, it's free to our guest so bring your
laptop, notebook or netbook computers on
down and hook-up, there's no reason to miss
that all important email or text message.
Note!!!
We do not take reservations by email, you must call us at (985) 787-3532, no one
should ever send credit card numbers over the internet by email, and a credit
card number is required to reserve a room. Please give us a call, we'll be glad
to help you with your reservations.
NOTE!!!
There is a 72 hour cancellation
notice for all reservations, if you do not call and cancel a reservation before
the 72 hour cancellation notice you will be charged for a one night stay.

For years Ricky only had what was then called the "Beach House". There were so
many calls for the Beach House that Ricky finally built another six (6) units,

just have to stay on the beach. Take a look at the picture to the left under the
logo and you'll see just why folks wanted to stay on the beach.

and this is a picture of the Pier at
sunset.
The pier at Ricky's Motel is one of our biggest attractions, the kids and
grownups alike have a ball. There is so much to do you can fish day or night
because the pier is lighted at night and the Speckled trout start showing up
under the lights from around 9:00pm or later in the night depending on how the tide
and moon phase is running. We sell all the crabbing supplies in the tackle shop
and there's bait also.
